Tabletop games have been in my life for as long as I can remember. My parents were OD&D players; my mother DMed an amnesia-plot campaign from our kitchen, and our shelves were full of splatbooks and boxed sets. Thus I inherited my birthright: being a complete and utter dweeb...

My first DM, a self-proclaimed grognard, ran us through handmade conversions of TSR modules, namely Keep on the Borderlands, Rahasia, and Isle of Dread. From this I was left with a fondness for dungeon crawls, and later began to appreciate the OS-style play that table had been so inundated with.

My current tabletop group consists of roughly five people across four campaigns, one run by me, all played over text. To Evan, Cynthia, Pablo, thank you for all the work you do; to Hugh, Naisu, thank you for writing with me. I imagine I'd be very bored without you guys.
